What is your delivery time for my order?
All orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 hours, will be ready to leave our warehouse the same day if the order comes later than 13.00 h. , it will normally be processed the day after.
What is the delivery time
Time to delivery is normally two working days following day of order.
All shoes are dispatched via a courier service and are tracked.
Out of Stock Items?
We don’t always re-order stock for some styles. However if you want an item showing as “Out Of Stock” please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to get it for you, or suggest an alternative.

Paypal offers a service specially designed for those who do not meet the traditional payment mechanisms.

What happens if I want to return the shoes?
You have 10 working days (two weeks) from the time you receive the order to return the shoes. This can be extended on request in the event of a special occasion. e.g.. gift, Christmas etc.
Note: Our handmade shoes are made to the highest standards; however it is possible you may find minor variations that make them unique.
We accept returns within two weeks of the delivery of the order. The procedure for returning merchandise is as follows:
The customer must first send a request for acceptance of the return to email@example.com
b. The request is then confirmed by our customer service by e-mail.
c. The goods must be returned together with a copy of the e-mail confirmation containing relevant returns acceptance code and/or the Returns Form.
d. Our logistics confirm return delivery of the package.
e. Confirmation is sent to the customer that the goods received match the returns request.
When returning the goods to us, you must take reasonable care of the goods. For example you may not remove sales tags or packaging before deciding to return the item/s.
Please try on the shoes on a soft carpeted floor, we cannot accept any returns with scratched or damaged soles or signs of wear.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns where the goods cannot be restored to the same physical state as they were supplied.
All returns must be received in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition, or which are returned after the returns period may not be credited back unless they were faulty.
No refunds will be made for carriage or post charges unless the item was inherently faulty upon receipt or the wrong size.
On SALE items. Goods may be returned for a credit or exchange. All courier or post return charges must be paid by the customer. Nominally about €10.
Promotional and Charity: If you purchase as part of a promotion to support our nominated Charity in association with Friends of St. Luke’s, exchanges may be made during the campaign and up to a month thereafter. Refunds on non-sale items are available in full, up to the end date the campaign ends.
